days thanks to Marble River!!!
Then we've got a Pure Excitement alumni making the jump
to this site for a purely exciting tale! It's Man O' Metal! Do you
remember who his famous creator is? Well, if the story doesn't make you
recall, the profile at the end of the book will!!!
Bringing up the rear this month is Big Shot great, Sparky
Watts! He stars in a strange little tale that's pretty mild for him, but
if you REALLY want to see strange, wait until you see him in my fourth
CD, King-Sized Comics #3, later this year!!!

You've gotta love these 100 page spectaculars
DC put out in the mid-70s! Where else can you find so much quality golden
age material for so cheap a price? Oh, right, here and Pure Excitement
Comics! They're free! Oh well, these books are still great! What a great
way to spend some graduation money! (BTW, for those who didn't know, which
is almost everyone, I graduated high school last Thursday. Yes, I am, er,
was, a high school student!) |
