roots motorsport action at its best as McLaren Mercedes Karting roars into
life for another season.
With a record number of entrants, a new classification and a list of former
greats including Formula One's Jenson Button, McLaren Mercedes Karting
is widely accepted as the 'way in' to the big time.
The event is
a UK-based series of six races open to nine to 16 year olds and points are
won over three heats and a grand final.
Mika Hakkinen and David Coulthard were both interested spectators last year,
no doubt keen to see who will be lining up on the grid with them instead
of themselves - in a few years time.
