Our club founders published the first newletter in 1983. While the C.O.I.P.S. logo and rates have changed, the passion has not. We are all indebted to these original efforts and we can only imagine all the hard work and effort that has been expended by all past and current officers, board members, project chairmen, volunteers, and members. All contributed to the great success of the club and the individual enjoyment of many.
