Kamesennin is an old pervert, but also the best martial arts expert/teacher. He is the first fighter able to master Kamehameha.
Kamesennin meets Gokou when his turtle points to the boy who saved him. As a reward for the saving, Kamesennin wants to give Gokou a present and calls out the Phoenix, but nothings happens. The turtle tells Kamesennin that the undying bird died from foodintoxication. Kamesennin then states that he wanted to give the boy the eternal life, but as the bird died, he needs to find another present. Kamesennin then thinks of something and calls for Kintoun. A cloud arrives and Kamesennin tells Gokou this is his present. He explains that the cloud will take you everywhere you want, but that you have to be pure of hart tobe able to ride on it. He wants to demonstrate, but falls right through the cloud, which makes Bulma laughing. Gokou says that he is going to try it and jumps on the cloud. Bulma stops laughing as she sees Gokou on the cloud. Bulma then asks Kamesennin for a present of her own, but Kamesennin asks the turtle wether she helped, and as the turtle states that Bulma didn't help at all-which makes Bulma angry,as she gave the turtle some salt water-. Kamesennin states that he will give Bulma a present if she lets him give a look at her pants. The turtle then states that it knows why Kamesennin couldn't ride the cloud, making the turtle very angry. Bulma lets Kamesennin have a look at her pants, but as she doesn't have any, Kamesennin almost gets a hemorrage. He starts thinking about what he should give her, when Bulma takes a better look at his necklace and goes extatic at seeing a dragonball. She wants the dragonball and gives Kamesennin another look at her pants to convince him. Kamesennin hands over the dragonball and leaves the 2 youngsters, but he thinks that he should have had his camera to have had his camera to get some nice pictures.
As Gokou arrives at his island (some time) later with Chichi, he wants to know where the girl with the big breasts, who accompanied Gokou before, is.
These words shocks Chichi, who wants to check out wether that old pervert really is Muten Roshi. She throws her disk at the turtle master, who tries to stop it with his wooden staff, but the disk cuts right through the saff and hits Kamesennin in his head. Chichi states that the old man is a fraud because he wasn't able to block the attack. Kamesennin yells back that a martial arts master can't do everything, and shows her his driverslicense. THe annoying girl believes Kamesennin and relieves him from that painful disk.
Kamesennin wants to know what Gokou is doing at his island. Gokou tells the problem with Mount Frypan and tells him that they came for the magic thing that can summon rain. Kamesennin goes inside and as he can't find it, he asks the turtle where he put it. The turtle states that the old man used it as a placemate. Kamesennin is shocked that it was his magic wand and states that he threw it away, startling everybody on the island, and making the turtle say that his master is really stupid.
Kamesennin tells the 2 youngsters not to worry, that he will come with them to personally stop the fire. However, he wants a favour and takes Gokou apart from Chichi to ask that wether can touch Bulma's breasts. As Gokou is rather innocent, he states that Bulma won't mind at all, but Kamesennin isn't very assured. When Gokou asks how he will travel, because Kamesennin cannot ride Kintoun, Kamesennin states that he's not the turtlemaster for nothing and he yells for the flying turtle. The 2 youngsters leave with Kintoun, and Kamesennin gets on the flying turtle and follows the 2.
As Kamesennin arrives at Mount Frypan, he has to throw up. Kamesennin looks at Mount Frypan and then turns to Gyu Mao and tells him that he learned a lot of bad things about his former student. Gyu Mao gets in a sorryful bit and tells his master that he won't do evil anymore and that he will give away his treasure. Kamesennin then asks Gokou to explain Bulma the favour he wants. She gets angry at Gokou, but as she doesn't have any choice, she concedes. However, Bulma is very sceptic about the old man being able to put out the fire. Kamesennin gets on a small wall and takes off his upper clothes, asking Bulma wether she thinks he is sexy. Then, Kamesennin powers up and everyone is astonished, Gyu Mao stating that Kamesennin will do his famous Kamehameha. Kamesennin performs his full-power Kamehameha and puts out the fire.
Everyone is astonished, as there is nothing left of the fire, but neither is the castle...
Bulma and Oolon go find the dragonball, and Gokou asks Kamesennin wether the old man can teach him that technique. Kamesennin states that it is impossible to learn because it took him 50 years to master it. As Gokou is capable to perform a small version of Kamehameha, it's Kamesennin's turn to be astonished. He hears Gyu Mao stating that the young boy really is Songohan's grandchild, which makes everything more logical for Kamesennin.
Kamesennin asks Gokou how is Gohan, but is very sad to hear that his other former student died. He then asks wether Gokou wants to train with him. Gokou agrees, but states that he needs to find the final dragonball with Bulma.
Bulma arrives with the 6th dragonball and wants to take of with the car Gyu Mao gave, as Kamesennin stops her and asks for the favour she promised. Bulma states that the old man has a fine memory and asks him to wait a moment. Bulma and Oolon leave and after some time, "Bulma" yells for Kamesennin. Kamesennin arrives in a rush and asks to ouch her breasts. "Bulma" asks wether that is everything the old man wants and asks wether he doesn't want to do Paf-Paf. Kamesennin goes through the full pervert scene and at the end he leaves "Bulma" very happy.
