An integrated disease management approach is encouraged, to approach disease problems as a holistic challenge to crop management. This will help to maintain high productivity while reducing risks of pollution in an energy and input sustainable manner.</B></div> <div> <B> The overall tactics include improving the technology of identifying sources of resistance to serious diseases in the process of developing varieties.
