This is the Phillippi ram we purchased at the National Corriedale Sale this year in Altamont, Illinois. He weighs 261 pounds, standing 36.1 inches tall with a length of 37.2 inches and a scrotal circumference of 36.8 inches. These are pictures of a S Bar S February ram lamb I bought last year at the Stud Ram Sale in Sedalia, MO. Unfortunately, we lost him to pneumonia in December. Crouch 656- This is one of the ram lambs I plan on showing this year. SJC 201- This is my 2nd ram lamb I plan to show. A few of our newly added ewe lambs. These are some of the lambs from last year. They were sired by R. Shultz 2129. The lamb in the picture below was very weak at birth so we brought him in the house to feed him and watch him until he got up to strength. He is shown here sitting on my bed. Phillippi 4-18 with her lambs. Phillippi 4-18's ram lamb. Too bad he wasn't born a little earlier! This section's pictures are of Jonna. She was one of my show ewes in 2000 and is now one of my top brood ewes. This is Jesse. She was another one of my show ewes in 2000. Crouch 621- She is a half sister of Jonna (shown above). Both Jonna and 621 are daughters of the Phillippi ewe 4-18 (also shown above). She was shown at a few shows in 2001 and so far has also been a good brood ewe. This is Phillippi 1-18 last year at the Missouri State Fair. She was the reserve champion ewe in the Jr. Show there. I will be showing her again this year as a yearling. This is Macy, the youngest of our sheep dogs. She is mostly Great Pyrenees, but has some border collie in her, as you can see from her markings. Dutchess is the 2nd youngest sheep dog. I like to say she is my dog, but she actually belongs to my grandparents. This is Duke. He unfortunately passed away on June 16, 2002; Father's Day. |
