Oh... in the new testament..."The unforgivable Sin against the Holy Spirit"... that is explained in greek orthodox theology
What is the meaning of the Sin against the Holy Spirit...
It is really not very complicated at all.
Yes, I am Hindu.
But I was greek orthodox for 17 years... and in a monastery for 2 years
Would you like to know the Greek Orthodox Christian interpretation of the Sin against the Holy Spirit?
I have never try to convert anyone...
Ok, in Greek Orthodox Theology.. there is ABSOLUTELY NO SIN which cannot be repented of and forgiven... even JUDAS ISCARIOT... had he repented would have been forgiven... just as Peter was.. since Peters denial was no worse than Judas betrayal
Here is the catch.... The sin agains the Holy Spirit means.. simply this...
If you reach a point... spiritually.. where you ascribe all the works of God... to Satan... as being evil... and all the works of Satan you ascribe to God... then THAT IS THE SIN which is unforgivable.. simply because you would never actually come to God to repent... you have lost the means to repentance when you see God as Satan and Satan as God
so that is the very simple greek orthodox christian understanding of the Sin against the Holy Spirit.. the one unforgiveable sin
Ram... is an incarnation or avatar of Vishnu... just like Jesus.. hindus believe God incarnates many times... and Sita is his wife ... but she shares equally in the incarnation
but.. in Hinduism... the Female=Male are always mentioned together.. like SitaRam.... RadhaKrishna
ok.... Namah... comes from the same sanskrit root as the english word NAME.. and has the sense , in this prayer.. of "Hallowed by thy Name".. just like in Lords Prayer.
and.. Shiva is one of the persons of the Hindu trinity.... just like the Christian Trinity... God is one.. but three primary aspects.. Brahman-Creator Vishnu-Preserver Shiva-Pestroyer
and.... OM... is considered the most sacred syllable or mantra.. and in its alternate english representation as AUM we better see how it has all vowel sounds with in it... so it potentially contains all possible sacred scriptures
also... OM is believed to be the primordial sound of the creation of the Universe
i am speaking to a predominately christian audience... and people relate better with analogies to things that they understand...
If I were speaking with moslems... I would compare to Koran.... which I actually do in my web page.. I have some dialogs there with moslems
If I speak with Buddhists... from Sri Lanka.. I make analogies to Buddhist beliefs
If I am speaking with Jews.. I make analogies to Talmud, Torah, Kabbala
Very very ancient.. Hindu scriptures and the Vedas date back much further in time that any other sacred scriptures
It is a toss-up between Jain religion and worship of Lord Shiva.. as to which is the older continuously practiced religion

Satan and Eternal Torment are both something invented by Christianity.
God is very merciful, and made Christianity for people who wouldnt accept a more polite form of worship.
Lord Krsna is so tolerant and merciful.. to incarnate once again as Lord Jesus... and be crucified... so that more violent peoples might also have the joy of worship and devotion.
I am the most tolerant of all... since I believe that each and every religion is true... simultaneously.
And I try to study and practice as many religions as I can... simultaneously

Dimitra why dont you use your time... since you have so precious little that you cant read MY web page... to create YOUR OWN WEB PAGE .. with all your wise and wonderful arguments in favour of Christianity.. and they you can refer people THERE.. to be converted to THE ONE TRUE FAITH
... also.. if Jesus says "The kingdom of Heaven is WITHIN YOU".... well.. where is the Kingdom of Hell...
