Are Judges Out to Get You?

It isn't as bad as it looks. This picture was taken at the 1999 Monster Mash 5k at Eagle Creek Park in Indianapolis Indiana where both competitors and officials get into the spirit of Halloween. This particular fellow. who was judging the race, hid the paddle until needed prompting one group of walkers to jump when the paddle was produced. One walker was over heard saying "S^$t, that was a judge!".

A group of Korean tourists in the park also stopped to get their pictures taken with the popular psychopathic serial killer. But that day no tourists, young ladies in their underwear or walkers were killed!
