Here's a format I might use to describe each coaching staff member:

Missing in Action, Asst. Instructor, Carnell Williams.

I refer Mr. Williams as Missing in Action due to a situation that has taken him from us in the capacity of furthering his commitmemt to the Dragons. He will return to us and we have nothing but love and respect for him. Stay Strong, Nell.

Angelica Johnson, 16 yrs old Forms Champion in her age group during the 2000 martial arts competition season. She is also considered missing in action. On numerous occasions she has contributed to the community service component of the Dragons, but has since January 2002 been absent from training and has not communicated her intentions to us.
