Sparkling Frosting

2 tsp Vegetable Shortening
1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
1/8 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Milk
Colored sugar crystals for decoration

In a small bowl, mix together shortening, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth and creamy. Spread frosting on top of cake and continue with sides.

Sprinkle with colored crystal sugars.

Frosts a 1 layer cake. Double recipe for 2 layer cake.
