LeGros Information

During my research, I've come across several different versions of the LeGros (between 1250 and 1280 England) line.   Since several people seem to believe that they descend from William LeGros, I'm posting the information that I've received from other researchers. One source for a lot of the information out there comes from "Windecker-Gross and Allied Families." I've been told that although "Windecker-Gross and Allied Families" has a lot of 'correct' information, it has numerous errors in it. If you have anything you'd like to add or have another version, please email me.

Jack E. Gross has spent several years researching this Gross family going back to the Eleventh Century with William the Conquerer. He has been kind enough to allow me to post his findings for everyone to see. If you have any questions, I suggest you email Jack.
