K.R. offered knowledge of cure for wounds caused by Eye of Hazimel in exchange for: 1) Hunting grounds / concessions from the prince; 2) Detailed information about Hesha Ruhadze, his holdings / operations / etc.
Credibility: K.R. could have access to that information (Hazimel reportedly was a Ravnos elder), but reports suggests him to be unstable.
Hesha might possess the same information --- or he mights not recover without it.
Delay and explore other information. Deal with K.R. as last resort.
