Entrance requirements:
Applicants must be level 40 to be admitted. Exceptions may be made on
occasion.
All members and applicants may not be in the following orders - Aurora,

Applicants who satisfy the above must also demonstrate fighting ability

The oath:
This is the oath taken by all new inductees.
"I <name> hereby swear my eternal loyalty to the Ordos Primanus,
its
Exarch, the Summus Praefectus, and all my other superiors. The Exarch
and the Summus Praefectus are my dictators; I will follow what they tell
me. I will dedicate myself to its rules and principles and to the art of
combat."
Note that this is "eternal". Those who take this oath will not be
permitted to quit the sect. Attempts to leave will be considered a
request to leave the guild. In addition, always remember that the guild
oath of secrecy applies to all aspects this sect.

Ranks:
Exarch
Summus Praefectus
Amplus Bellator (Special honored soldiers)
Magnus Bellator (High ranking warriors)
Bellator (Everyone else)
To become a Magni Bellatoris, one must win a tournament of strength
designed by the Exarch or Summus Praefectus, such as a tournament
against that pits the applicant against his or her peers or a tournament
that extends outside the guild to other fightithat extends outside the guild
to other fighting groups.
The Ampli Bellatoris are warriors who have earned high honors. They will
be hand chosen by the sect's Exarch, though the Summi Praefecti
recommendations will be taken with highest regard. An Amplus Bellator
must show impressive loyalty and prowess and have GR 5.
The Summus Praefectus is chosen by the sect's Exarch or Demiurge. This
person acts as second in command to the sect's Exarch and should be a
role model fighter, the sect's champion fighter/leader. The Summus
Praefectus can grant membership to qualifying applicants and also shares
to some extent the other responsibilities of the Exarch.
The sect's Exarch acts as the executive/administrative leader in charge
of policy and discipline. All decisions and disputes within the
organization sorganization should go through the Exarch. As an administrator
and
leader, the Exarch is not necessarily an active or great fighter, though
(s)he can be expected to lend a hand in battle when needed; the Summus
Praefectus is the one who serves the role of fighting leader.

Fighting:
Members will be expected to formally challenge opponents before
initiating a fight. The exception is when the member has reason to kill
the opponent with no warning such as repayment for past transgressions
against the fighter or the guild: such people are open targets at all
times and should be slain at will. If a challenge is proposed and the
challengee refuses to accept then tchallengee refuses to accept then the challenger
will not continue with
the fight. Immolation is a sign of mercy. Therefore, members will be
expected to never immolate except when fighting allies (only fight
allies for practice, or course). Right now, allies include guildmates
and citizens of Ashtan and any organizations friendly to the guild and
Ashtan. Unimmolated bodies should be offered to a deity so that our
divine leaders may become stronger as you grow stronger.
Note that those on the guild's and sect's official Note that those on the guild's
and sect's official enemy lists will
clearly have performed a transgression against us and therefore do not
deserve honorable combat. This does not include those who have
transgressed against a personal friend, even sectmates, excepting
extreme cases or acts against fellow Occultists who are unable to defend
themselves in combat and rely on our protection. Such people should be
granted honorable combat until such time you are dealt a transgression
by that person. It is your responsibility to take care of your personal
enemies, not those of the other warriors in the sect.

Behavior:
Respect and discipline will be given to higher ranks at all times by all lower
ranking members. Higher ranking members are role models for lower ranks and
are
expected to be teachers when needed. Higher ranks will be obeyed without
question, though abuse of ranking status will not be tolerated. Disputes will
be taken up with the sect's Exarch. If the sect's Exarch is not available, then
the disthe dispute goes to the Summus Praefectus or some similar leader with
in the
sect. These other leaders may choose not to deal with the matter and thus defer
judgement to the sect's Exarch when (s)he returns if so desired. Abuse of rank
can lead to rank demotions and possible other disciplinary actions. Ampli
Bellatoris are expected to behave with strictest discipline as they are role
models for all members. Abuse of rank from these members will be dealt with
even harsher than violations performed by lesser members.
Potential punishments for unacceptable behavior:
- Rank demotions.
- Monetary fines as deposits into the guild coffers.
- Guild disfavors.
- Execution by each sect member transgressed against. Those who resist this
punishment will be disfavored by the Exarch as (s)he and sees fit, removed from
the Ordos Primanus, and declared open season for at least two slayings by each
person transgressed against.

Head Piking:
Warriors should display their victories as trophies when possible
through the use of piking heads. The recommended location is at Sethrin
next to Delos. This is a location where all must pass when returning
from a public free-for-all. It is also one of the most commonly traveled
locations since it links Shallam, Jaru, Delos, and the Ulangi ferry to
Hashan, Ashtan, and other northeHashan, Ashtan, and other northern areas. Therefore
this piked head, a
mark of your honor and your fallen enemy's shame, shall be well
advertised to all of Achaea. Piking heads in the victim's home city,
guild hall, or grove is also encouraged. You are encouraged to enlist
the aid of someone who will pike a head for you if you are not skilled
enough in weaponry to perform this act.

Discharge and Probation:
Members who cease to become worthy of the sect but have committed no
transgression against the sect may be discharged under the discretion of
the Exarch or Summus Praefectus. Probation may also be used to give the
member time to regain worth before discharge.
