If you ever forget the details of any of the swaps, this is the place to look.

We try to keep this list safe of "flakers" and therefore, no one is allowed to hostess swaps until they have successfully completed 2 swaps on this list. After that, if you'd like to hostess a swap, all you have to do is email Heather with your swap idea and if there isn't another swap like the one you have in mind going on, then you will be allowed to hostess it! To all hostesses: when you hostess a swap, please email Heather the names of the people who sign up for the swap and then after the swap is over, please let her know how it went so she can keep track of all of the information.

By signing up for a swap, you are saying that you understand that you are expected to follow through with your end. When someone "flakes" it makes it very difficult for the hostess and for the other people involved in the swap. So, please don't sign up if you don't think you will be able follow through. We do understand that things come up and sometimes they are unexpected and if this happens, please email the hostess of the swap you are involved in and let her know ASAP so she can find a replacement if one is needed.

HAVE FUN!!!

Monthly RAK Swap

Host: Rexenne Reeves

Guidelines: This swap should be mailed out 3 days after receiving your assigned name. You will be assigned one name to send to. Then, you should check out their information on the "Random Acts of Kindness" page to see what their likes/dislikes are. You should send at least 2 items from thier wish lists. One of them should be from the wish list of things "less than $5" and the other from the things "$5 - $15". This way everyone should get a fair trade. If you have any questions, please feel free to email Rexenne with any questions you may have.

SWAPS, SWAPS, SWAPS!

Host: Heather Miller

Due Date: Wednesday July 12, 2000

Guidelines: Any swap packages not received by the date they are due IN MY MAILBOX will be returned unswapped. I will be swapping out the packages on July 12th after the mail gets here and then they will be mailed on the 13th. Everyone should include an SASE with as much postage as it took to get your original swap stuff to me. If you don't include an SASE I will not be able to return anything to you. If you sign-up for more than on swap, you may send it all together and send just one SASE but PLEASE put each separate swap in either it's own ziploc bag or page protector to keep it separate and easier for me to organize, etc. Hostess gifts are not required, but are very much appreciated.
