Bits and Bobs from the
May-June 2002 Edition

'Judgement' A Dolphins Eye View.

Dear Humans,
To Judge or not to Judge, that is the question, eeh !
We of the Dolphin Consciousness, have a great time,
observing Human behaviour, thoughts, belief systems, etc.
There is a subtle but powerful difference between the two states of Being. It is, from our view of the world, to Observe a person, or persons, a situation etc.; one observes to see, what works and what does not, or what looks beneficial or what is not. that is why we, and you and most other life forms on Planet Earth, have been given eyes; to observe what and who is around them. to be able to make decisions, based on what you Observe.

That thin line is only crossed, when a final conclusion is made, and taken as fact, either about a person or a situation. Only then does a judgement take place.
A Observation is flexible, it can be expanded or changed.
A Judgement is conclusive, final and inflexible.
When we can go with the flow we are more open minded,
and can greet each and every situation or behaviour as
lending or leading to a more positive outcome.
Allowance, not Control is the key attitude using your wisdom to guide you.
The Soul grows by Observation and experience.
The Human family can assist each other greatly,
by more Observation and less judgement. We learn a lot by
Observing you, we would learn nothing by just Judging you.
Do you discern the subtle Difference?
We wish you well, in your
Observation of each other.
We are keeping our Eye on You,
because we Love You.
Love is All; All is One.
The Dolphin Consciousness,
through;
Rosemarinus.

Kia Ora, hello, gidday or Howzit

Well, thats the introduction taken care of, now lets see as to what I can come up with. First let me tell you all that where I reside all of the above intro's are accepted as I reside in one of N.Z's prisons. Oh no, shock horror you are probably thinking, a letter from a Crim.

Well don't worry we aren't all as bad as the media or people in higher places make out. We are all still
Citizens in Godsown good old N.Z. just like everyone else. Well enough of that, lets see what else I can come up with, let me thank you all out there for the support, books and magazines in which you have donated to the prisons and I know it is not an easy task trying to get them, but we here on this side of the fence, aren't giving up and we even succeed on the odd occasion.

Well in here there are half a dozen of us who have started a study group and it seems to be going quite well at present. We had a bit of trouble at first but we won in the finish.

The prison supported us first, then it didn't and as far as the prison padre's were concerned we didn't get much help there as they think we are forming some sort of cult but on the upside we have continued on our own and still hold our group once a week. We have found that others here are starting to show an interest in our group as well so we have to take the time to explain what it's about and leave the choice to them. We have been using a method in Conversations With God and at present it all seems to be progressing along smoothly. There isn't much offered in the way of rehabilitation but our little group has opened up new meanings for the future upon our release. If one
member has a problem then we share it if that's what the person wants or we try to help on an individual
basis and up to now it appears to be helping each of us.

We don't judge each other or worry about what they have done or by their race. That is not an issue and we all have to get along and live together be it in here or out there. I will close off for now but will be back to share with you all at a later date of what we have or have nor achieved here.

Many thanks for the CWG for all of the help and
Support they have made available to us in here.
Catch ya all next time. Signed I.N. Mate.

BeAttitudinal Healing

Love and intimacy are at the root of that makes us sick and what makes us well, what causes sadness and what brings happiness, what makes us suffer and what leads to healing.
Dr Dean Ornish In his book Love and Survival Ornish goes on to reason that if a new drug had the same impact, every doctor would use it and it would be malpractice not to.
He observes that few doctors learn about the healing power of love, intimacy and transformation and besides
ignoring them, often denigrate them.

BeAttitudinal Healing explores the healing power of love, intimacy and transformation. Course fascilitator, Russell Sturgess has been involved in Natural Healing for over twenty five years. During this time it became evident to Russell that of all the remedies applied to the sick, the most effective involved healing of the heart. This knowledge wasn't new or unique to Russell, but he sought a system or sequence of events which would help to more clearly identify where one was on that journey.

Russell's personal transformation was catayised with the death of his father. Through a unique series of events which followed, Russell actively studied, applied and taught the concepts of Attitudinal Healing as taught by Gerry Jampolsky. Based on A Course in Miracles, the simplified Attitudinal Healing explored the idea that in any circumstance, and in any moment we can choose to be peaceful inside. Jampolsky taught that healing was inner peace and that love is letting go of fear.

Having been raised in a home which based its pricipals on Christian ideals Russell became estranged from a philosophy which espoused love on the one hand and used fear for motivation. It wasn't until several years later while reading Emmett Fox's "The Sermon on the Mount that Russell was inspired to see the ideals of this great teacher, Jesus, in a completely new light. Unlike Fox's discourse, Russell identified one particular aspect of Jesus's sermon with a clarity and understanding which for all its simplicity, has remained hidden for the past two thousand years.

The beatitudes were a list of eight blessing which have always held great theological curiosity and discussion but had never been explained in quite the way it was unfolded to Russell. Superimposing the eight blessings onto his own transformational experience, Russell saw that the beatitudes were a series of steps one would go through in moving from fear or sickness to health and love. These were eight blessings that were sequential and although while experiencing them one would be loathed to call them blessings, through the exercises in the workshop, you will be able to identify why they are all blessings.

BeAttitudinal Healing is the name Russell chose for this two-day workshop which explores the experience of transforming the heart. In reality, this transformation takes many years, but in two days you will gain an understanding of what is involved in the journey, what the milestones are, and will be given a variety of tools to help you work through each of the steps. Russell will share from his own experience how the journey unfolds, which allows you to "see the sermon, and not just hear it".

Someone once said, "If you always do what you have always done, you will continue to get what you have always got."
as Apple Computers say, "Think different!"

YLIA SAWITZKI... NZ HeartLight School Co-ordinator
199 Victory Road, Laingholm, Auckland. Ph:09-8176705

Dear friends,
This letter is to get in contact with all of you out there who are interested in the HeartLight School. What an amazing project to create in New Zealand! At the moment this is all there is; a beautiful vision. It's in all our hands together to make it happen. I've taken on the job as a "coordinator, but really I might not have half the experience that you do. I've never had any training in teaching, managing or anything like it. What drives me to get this school on it's feet and running are mainly two things. Firstly there is this passion about the CWG material and particularly the HeartLight School, that sparks up every time I think or talk about it. I love these books! And I feel the urge to do something with it, something great like this project. What also drives me and makes the need for this school very real to me is my 13 month old son, Anjamo. I simply can't imagine him in any of the school forms I know.
Does that sound like yourself? Then let's get going!

To first get a clearer idea about who out there is interested and what kind of experience/skills/material they wish to offer, I thought to start a file of people. Once the group is big enough we could then organize a nationwide meeting and hopefully get things of the ground. So, If you want to be part of the school in any way, fill out this list and send it back to me:

Name:
Address:
Phone:
E-mail:
Children (age):
Your main interest in this project:
Any experience founding a school?:
Any skills such as: Teaching

Anything else you consider valuable
Anything material you wish to offer (money/venue/land/...)

You've got any other ideas towards the project?
Great, I'd Love to hear from you... Ylia
