CWG NZ Projects

Many people ask what they can do, how can they make a difference, how can they spread their light and enlighten our world.

The CWG Coromandel Centre is active in various ReCreation projects for New Zealanders. If you feel you would like to become involved in any of these projects either through us or in your own locality....please enter the following link.

"There's a lot of pain out there. There's a lot of darkness. The world needs your light right now....It really does.

So...glad you could show up. Now the fun starts. Now the challenge gets under way in earnest. Now the healing begins.

With you as the healer. That's what you're here for, as if you didn't know. That's why you came to the earth, in this body, in this time and in this place."

Bringers of the Light. Neale Donald walsch

Not everyone wants to get involved in the same way. Every one of us have different passions, different talents and abilities and different perceptions according to our indivual experiences of life. Below you will find different ways that you can assist to share the wonderful messages and concepts contained in the 'With God' series of books.

BE who you really are

In every and any way you can to share with others 'who you really are'. As you go about your daily life be an example for others, choose to be the highest aspect of yourself in every given moment. Spread your light and share your energy with the mailman, the postman, the frail old lady crossing the street. Offer your words of wisdom when they are asked for, stand up for yourself in the face of critisiscm. By showing the world who you are, you are giving others the strength, courage and permission to be who they are.

Join a STUDY GROUP

The benefits of belonging to a Study Group are far too numerous to include here. It provides a safe and harmonious environment to stretch your awareness, expand your knowledge and support each other in a meaningful way.

If there is no Study Group listed for your area yet and you feel that you would rather join a group than start a group yourself, why not let us know your contact details. The Centre has a 'Contacts' page in the newsletter which allows people to contact each other in their own area's. You may just choose to meet for a cup of tea and share in anothers company.

No body will know who you are if you do not choose to step out and tell us you are there. Let us know if you would like to be listed as a contact, a study group or perhaps you are willing to facilitate a group in your area. We will do our best to put others in touch with you and assist you in any way we can.

There are no limits to what can be acheived with a Study Group, have you thought about creating a Childrens Group or perhaps joining or facilitating an on-line group?

Create a WISDOM CIRCLE

As you can imagine, the mail that comes into Neales ReCreation offices everyday is overwhelming. It was decided that study groups around the world who have sound knowledge of the CWG concepts would be given the opportunity to become Wisdom Circles. The object is that these groups who choose to assist could help to answer the volume of questions and queries readers have about the concepts contained within the 'With God'series.

Mail that is sent to Neale is now returned to the writer and they are asked to contact their nearest Wisdom Circle to answer their queries. The Study Group that was formed here in Whangamata a few years ago was registered as a Wisdom Circle and there has been tremendous fulfilment in answering mail from around the world.

In the past year, our group has moved to different areas and our study group was closed down at the beginning of this year, mostly due to the fact that I simply didn't have the time to facilitate both an Adults and a Childs study group as well as run the Centre here.

It was decided the Wisdom Circle could still continue due to many of our members having access to email and also because many of our letters from around the world come via email. A private community was set up on the internet whereby I post letters as they come in and the other members have the opportunity to respond. I am then able to send all responses back to the writer of the letter.

Usually a study group will respond as a group and send one reply back. We prefer to send all replies because we live in different areas and also because there are differing levels of answers which suit differing levels of querants.

As a group we have chosen to widen our circle and are now inviting any persons from N.Z who wish to join our Wisdom Circle and assist to answer mail with us.

If this interests you, please let me know that you wish to join, I will send you an email invitation to this private site. The site is carefully monitored and I retain the right to delete or ban any members who do not uphold the highest regard and integrity of the site.

If you would like to assist and you do not have access to the internet, please let me know anyway, we will see what we can work out. An alternative option is that any study group in N.Z may register to become a Wisdom Circle through the Official CWG Website.

If you do not feel ready yet to answer CWG questions yet, perhaps you have some questions of your own concerning concepts you cant quite grasp? Send them in and our Wisdom Circle will attempt to help you with them. The contact address will be at the bottom of this page.

Become one of GOD'S PEN PALS

This was a project set up in America by Neale Donald Walsch. Occasionally we will recieve a request from a Prisoner in N.Z. for a pen-pal. Someone with whom they can discuss CWG concepts.

Do you have the time to write and the acceptance that we all have the ability to change? There is not one among us who does not have the ability to redefine who we are and choose again in any instant.

It has been expressed that some people are a little worried about giving their mailing address out to a stranger. Because of this, the Centre is offering the use of the P.O. Box here in Whangamata. Your replies from the prison may be sent here and they will be forwarded on immediately to the name on the envelope.

If this is something you feel you would like to do, please let us know and we will pass on the information to you.

*** REQUESTS....We currently have a request standing from an inmate at Waikeria Prison, although the Centre is corresponding with five inmates, if we have people who are able to correspond with them as well, we can pass this option on to them.

Assist with the 'BOOKS FOR FRIENDS' Prison Project

This was also a project started by Neale in America to raise funds or donations of CWG books for prisoners.

Kevin Coffey in the Auckland CWG Centre has also been assisting us as we focus on being able to provide books for the New Zealand Prison Libraries. Our goal is to have the books available in every prison library in New Zealand. This has proven to be a little difficult with the red tape involved and the fact that we are generally asked to go through the Prison Chaplain who may or may not necessarily agree with the content of these books.

To date we have 2 sets of books in the Paraparaumu Prison Library and we have recently had a request by an Inmate in Waikeria prison for a set of books that he will be able to intergrate into the system for us.

We are able to accept donations of new books directly so that we may forward them on or you may choose to send payment of $18.95 to the Centre and we are able to purchase and provide the prison books at cost price.

If you are able to assist with this project, we would love to hear from you. We have also been able to provide two inmates at Waikeria their own personal copies of book one because they have requested them and we have also donated a copy of the official study guide to a group of inmates who wish to start a study group themselves.

REQUEST FROM WAIKERIA: Is there anyone who is able to visit the prison and facilitate a study group or hold spiritual discussions? They would love to hear from you.

*** Do you know of Inmates or Prison Wardens who are able to assist us getting these books into the prison libraries? As I have stated, currently we have to go through miles of red-tape and the books generally have to be approved by the Prison Chaplain before they will accept these donations. Needless to say, the official way is not the most speedy or productive way.
