NEW STATE PROGRAMS:
Member Rewards Program: Get a scoring form on massdemolay.org, and simply fill it out according to the point system right on the sheet. Then get the appropriate signatures and mail it to Matt Gerrish, whose address is available on the MRP information flyer. This program is underway, please participate!
Awards of Excellence: Four new categories of awards: Sportsmanship, Ritual, Brotherhood and Leadership. Each Chapter Advisor and Master Councilor will receive one vote. The winners will receive awards at Conclave. This program has begun, just now on December 1st. The chapter should voice their opinions to the Master Councilor and Chapter Advisor so the votes will be representative of the entire chapter! The first votes will be collected at the end of the month.
Traveling Gavel: Starting off in Gardner Chapter, the traveling gavel will go with whatever chapter brings at least 3 members to a visitation to the chapter holding the gavel, and wins whatever tiebreakers are necessary. See massdemolay.org for details, rules and regulations, as well as up-to-date stats! It's currently in Phoenix Chapter.
