On 14/02/99, prior to WWF IYH : St Valentine's Day Massacre, Al Snow was awarded the
title as the champion Road Dog had been injured on the previous RAW is WAR. Snow then got
into a brawl with fellow J.O.B. member, Bob Holly, and the match was signed for Snow to
defend the title against Holly on the WWF IYH.
