I love surfing and visiting many sites. I see so many wonderful places. If you would like to apply for my award...I would be happy to visit you're site! There are...of course...some rules.

1. Your site must be kid and puppy 'safe'. No bad stuff.....you know, like.... for kids: No bad language, nasty pictures...things along that line! And for puppies: No mention of abuse, puppy mills or irresponsible pet ownership.

EFFECTIVE August 2000   ----  No award will be given to a site that uses Comet Cursors.  Don't get me wrong, I think they're cute.  But I visit these sites and their program is forced on me.  If I could just look at yours it would be fine, but each time, their program is downloaded onto my pc.  I do not like having anything downloaded onto my pc without my permission.
Sorry...I know I'll be missing some great sites..but I just can't tolerate them any longer.  So if you use Comet Cursors, I'm sorry, but don't apply!
