His grandfather has some stick ways and is very kind. He teaches Cody all about the world of Kindo. </div> <bR> <div>      Cody and Yolie both have the same problem dealing with the violence that comes with a digimon battle. When it came to destroying control spire digimon they didn't have a problem. But when it came to destroying real evil digimon that were hurting innocence people and digimon they didn't want to accept the reality that sometimes you have to destroy to keep peace.</div> <div> Joe helps Cody to understand that Lying doesn't always HAVE to be a bad thing. Cody lied to get Joe out of class to help the others who were trapped. With Joe's help Cody was able to get his digi-egg of Reliability.
