Daemon wanted Ken. Davis sent an e-mail to Kari and T.K. saying he thought he'd found Ken.T.K. and Cody with their Digimon were still in Jim's car. Cody didn't want to have to kill another Digimon. Patamon and Armadillomon reassured Cody. Kari, Yolei and Gatomon were riding on Aquilamon over Highton View Terrace. It was beautiful. They got the e-mail and Aquilamon set off. Oikawa was going to give Ken over to Daemon. Since he had the Dark Spore in the other children, Ken was expendable. Arukenimon grabbed Ken and was about to give him over to Daemon when...Vee Headbutt! Sticky Net! Veemon and Wormmon's attacks! They knocked Arukenimon over! Wormmon set Ken free and Veemon digivolved to Exveemon and Wormmon digivolved to Stingmon. Daemon attacked them. Davis wanted Ken to make run for it, but he couldn't leave without the other children! Other children? Daemon was surprised. Arukenimon and Mummymon, in their Digimon forms, got ready to attack Daemon but, the were no use. Exveemon and Stingmon DNA Digivolved to Paildramon. Paildramon attacked with Desperado Blaster and hit Daemon dead on! But Daemon got bigger and more powerful! Shakkoumon appeared and attacked Daemon from behind with his Kachina Bomb! Daemon turned around and got angry. Cody and T.K. cheered Shakkoumon on. Astro Laser! Silphymon arrived with an attack! No use. Daemon sent out an attack, Evil Inferno! Paildramon Mega Digivolved to Imperialdramon. Imperialdramon, Shakkoumon and Silphymon were burned by Daemon's attack. Positron Laser, Justice Beam, and Static Force, all at Daemon. Not a single mark! It was impossible! Ken's parents were getting worried. What if Ken was in the middle of all the monster stuff? Daemon wanted Ken to go with him. Davis stopped him. Daemon threatend to burn down an entire apartment building, full of people! Imperialdramon mode changed to Fighter Mode! He stopped Daemon's attack, but it kept coming, he had to float there and hold back the attack! Ken and Davis were sucked into Imperialdramon. Then they were out. The Digidestined needed to send Daemon back to the DigiWorld, but they needed to open a Digital Gate! Jim's laptop in his car! But, Daemon opened a Digital Gate in the sky! Daemon was too strong. If the kids sent him back to the DigiWorld, he'd just come right back until he got what he wanted! It was no use. Yolei started to break down. They were beaten. Cody too. Davis asked when they became quitters. Then, Kari had an idea! They could seal Daemon in th Dark Ocean! But how to open a gate to the Ocean? Ken said long ago he had opened the gate to the Dark Ocean. With his black D-3. He tried it. It glowed. Blackstrted to cover the Digital Gate. Waves. Ken cried out. Kari put her hand on Ken's. Yolei too. Cody. T.K.. Davis. He explained that Ken wasn't evil and nasty like the Digimon Emperor anymore! He didn't know he was hurting living creatures. Ken let go of his fears. The Dark Ocean gate was open! Imperialdramon, Shakkoumon and Silphymon attacked with their strongest attacks and sent Daemon into the Dark Ocean! He said he'd be back... Oikawa was surprised the kids defeated Daemon. He talked with the Dark Spored kids. He told them that he would call them back to Highton View Terrace one day. The police started to arrive! Oikawa ran off! Ken and Davis followed. Oikawa hopped into his truck and they sped off. Davi and Ken couldn't catch him. All the kids were returned home to their families. Jim offered to take all the kids home. But there was only room for one more. It was T.K. or Ken. T.K. let Ken go because his mom knew all about the Digimon stuff and he only lived a little while away. So Jim returned the kids to their parents and apoligized for being so late. At Davis's house, June saw Jim. She thoughthe was cute. June asked Davis if Jim had a girlfriend. Davis was confused. What about Matt? June explained she saw Matt with another woman. Sora. June was now fantasizing about Jim. Ken arrived home late and his parents were glad to see him. Ken told his parents all about the Digimon.
