He looked out for himself and didn't care to be around others. However even with that attitude if he saw the others in danger he never hesitated to jump into save them! He and Takuya often went at it, though they never actually threw any punches. Koji tried very hard to stay clear of the others. Every chance he got he'd go off on his own. But as hard as he tried to avoid them, it seemed like every time he turned around they were up under him again! He finally decided to join up and stick with them. It came after a battle with Gigismon, Grumblemon's best spirit, Takuya, Koji and Tommy end up in a land of Giant Toys. Koji only saw Tommy as a little kid in the way. Takuya accused him of being the most selfish kid in two worlds. Koji told him that he was an only child and didn't know anything about little kids. When Takuya told him to think of Tommy as his little brother and think how it would feel if you could help keep him from being scared. With that Koji was determined to save him!</div> <bR> <div>      Koji and Takuya are kinda like the leaders of the group. Whenever theirs danger he's the first to jump in. Everyone looks to him and Takuya for leadership. For example they were all traveling to the Rose Morning Star. But to get there by the shortest route they had to go through a Valley that isn't written in Bokomon's book. It's said to be dangerous and few have ever go through it. But they venture on anyway. They find glowing rocks and suddenly they hear strange spooky noises. Zoe and Tommy scream, Tommy runs to Takuya and Zoe runs and throws her arms around Koji. Which he wasn't crazy about.</div> <bR> <div>      They soon meet Duskmon. Though there's something about him that Koji can't figure out. Ophanimon had told Koji "Be patience soon all would become clear, this mystery will be resolved."</div> <bR> <div>      Duskmon seemed to freak out everytime he saw Koji. Koji couldn't understand it.</div> <div>      Later inside of Sakkakumon, Duskmon determined to learn the connection between him and Koji forces him to relive his past. Duskmon still unable to find the connection he seeks releases Koji and seems to be in pain. Cherubimon shows up and convinces Duskmon to destroy him! Seraphimon's digi-egg gives Koji the power to fusion evolve to Beowolfmon! Thou when they cross swords something very unexpected happens!</div> <div>      For Duskmon wasn't just any digimon! He was actually a kid just like him! After their blast hit it each other it throws them both out side of Sakkakumon. Koji chases him hoping to learn more.
