    Val or Larry, as Valeri prefers to be called ("Stupid people are always pronouncing my name wrong and making me sound like a girl") lives in the prestigeous neighborhood of Sterling Heights, a child of a famous Russian composer and a semi-famous American violinist.  His family is EXTREMELY wealthy, and he acts like it.  He dresses very elegantly (if it doesn't have a name brand on it, he won't wear it), he acts like he's better than everyone else, and he is a member of Oakdale High's swim club, which is comprised of only the richest and/or most popular students in the school.  He is also a gifted musician, being able to play practically any instruement within ten minutes of picking it up.  Not only that, he is predicted to be the valivitorian of his graduating class.  (Author's note: god, do I hate him!)  His musical ability is the only reason he is going to Oakdale High instead of OPA: Oakdale High has one of the best music departments in the state.  He is also extremely competitive, and has made it his goal to show up the only other person in his neighborhood near his age, an "overly-butch redneck" named Miranda Celios.

    As Neptuneknight, he is, to put it plainly, a wuss.  He barely fights, and when he does fight, it's only to protect himself.  His attacks show it: his only uses one attack, which isn't his strongest one, and it  barely does any damage if it's not easily dodged.  None of the knights were too fond of him, and Uranusknight flat out hated him.  However, when he feels like it, he is an extremely dedicated and strong fighter, and has one of the longest staminas out of the Kishi-tachi, except for Jupiterknight.

HENSHIN PHRASE AND ITEMS

• Uranus ring: Val's henshin item.  It is disguised as his class ring, with a teal-colored stone in it.
• Uranus Knight Power, Transform!- Valeri says this to transform into Neptuneknight.  A flume of teal light surrounds him, slowly turning into a flume of water.  Then, the flume of water parts,  revealing Neptuneknight, brushing his hair rather preppily.
• Sword of the Sea: Neptuneknight's sword.  It is a fencing foil with a blade made of a strand of a thin, teal crystal.  The handguard has various sea creatures on it.

• "Son of the planet of the oceans, Neptune, I am the elegant knight of the sea, Neptuneknight!"  This is usually followed with something to the effect of "Please don't hurt me."

• Tsunami Wave: Neptuneknight's version of "Deep Submerge".  A flume/tower of water surrounds him as he creates a ringed ball of blue energy, which he sends it at the enemy.  It hits the enemy with the strength of a tsunami.  (Duh, that's why it's called "Tsunami Wave".)  That is, unless he makes it obvious it's coming or misses his target.
• Poseidon's Fury: His attack using his sword, which while it's more accurate and powerful than his "Tsunami Wave" attack, he hardly ever uses.  He says this, and lightly flings the tip of his sword.  The vibration of the sword causes a bronco made of water to form, which attacks his enemy.
