A "Curse of Silence" Continuation Story
by Deb "SabreBabe" Matthews "Curse of Silence" is a one-shot short story by Chris Jones, and can be found at: Chris Jones' Fanfic. It would be a good idea to run off and read the original story if you haven't. It's a damn good story by itself and I don't want to rehash Chris' fine works here.
As for the title, yes, it *is* taken from "People Are Strange" by the Doors. It reflects the entire story very well, I think. Both Ranma and Akane, as well as many of thier friends, are "strangers" (or oddities, even) in a country that demands conformity.
Well, well, what do you know! I finally got around to putting my fanfiction onto a page of it's own. Okay, so I'm only writing one story. Yeah, and I've been terribly slow about getting the chapters out. But at least this I can update the chapters without annoying the Mailing List all the time!
There will be art as well, as soon as I get around to finishing all the other stuff I have going on as well. But for now, here's the first 2 1/3 chapters of "When You're a Stranger".
