Materials:
worsted weight yarn
size G crochet hook
ponytail elastic
To Make:
Rnd 1: Join yarn to band with a slst; ch 1, sc around band.
Rnd 2: ch 4,sc in joining, 2 trc in next sc and in each sc around;
join to top of ch 4.
Rnd 3: ch 4, trc in each trc around; join.
Rnd 4: ch 1, reverse sc in each st around; join. Finish off.
