| This is "Golden Faerie". Gold has delicate filligree gold wings and matching skirt made out of a fine ribbon. Her bodice is painted on (well, I guess it's not really a bodice) set in gold laquer sparkles. Her face is a total repaint with gold sparkle highlights on her eyes and lips. She has fine gold roping criss crossed over her bodice and around her waist. On her upper arm and knees, she has small bands (or bracelets). Gold was originally an Exercise Barbie. Golden Faerie is no longer available. |

"Pink Rose Queen Faerie" is another one of my favorites. Her entire outfit was fashioned by velvety pink silk rose. Her bodice is adorned with silver sparkles. On her head she wears a leaf crown with a small clay rose inside to set it off. Her hair is a wild faerie style. Around Rose's shoulder she holds a faerie bag fashioned out of the same material as her skirt and wings. The adornments around her neck, knees, and elbows are made from scraps of a lovely thin silver cording. The cording was frayed purposely to give her a "wild" look. Originally, this was a "Beyond Pink" Barbie. I only repainted her eyes and brows. The colors originally on her lips was already perfect. I simply highlighted the lipstick with silver sparkles. I'm happy to report that Pink Rose has now been sold. |

Red Rose Faerie is another one of my favorites. Her dress is done entirely with silk red roses touched with silver sparkles. On her head she wears a hat made of silk roses and smaller roses. Around her waist is a small container which holds faerie dust (real sparkles are inside) capped with roses. The most striking feature about Red Rose is her skirt bottom. In the front, it is short, however, the back glides to the ground in a rose petal train adorned with smaller roses. Her face is a total repaint and her hair is styled in a high ponytail. Red Rose Faerie is available for $75. |
