So terrible is Medusa, the most famous of the Gorgons in Greek Mythology, that to stare at her is to risk being turned to stone. You are very lucky. This Medusa will only delight those who look at her. Her hair is done entirely with fimo snakes and dead leaves. Her hair was completely removed for this process. Her face is a total repaint. Her dress is done with a shear green material and dressed with snakes, including one around her upper arm. Her dress is detailed in silver cording. In her hand, Medusa holds a black "crystal" ball. Due to a construction error, this first Medusa was never put to sale. She simply wouldn't survive the shipping. Hey, I'm learning. My second Medusa below was perfect in every way, shape, and form. |

Although I vowed never to make another Medusa (my fingers STILL hurt from rolling all those Fimo snakes), I wanted to present this Medusa as a gift for a friend. This Medusa was born without mistakes and presented to Patricia Monaghan, author of The Book of Goddesses and Heroines, when I went to visit my inlaws in Chicago (Ms. Monaghan teaches at De Paul University in Chicago). I am very happy with this Medusa, as she is structurally sound. I'm getting better at this. |

The Greek God Pan was the ruler of nature and sexual license. Pan was a satyr (half man, half goat) and often found either in the company of nymphs, or chasing them down attempting to have his way with them. This is my first Ken customization. Pan's horns, Pan Flute, and cloven hooves are made of Fimo. His legs are covered in fur and he has the world's first "Goat-tee" on his chin. Around his waist is a brown satchel that carries his trinkets. His arm and his waist are tied with golden roping. |
