Okay, I'm not too sure of the exact location  but here's what I found out:

Jeremy Burgess said, "The Nastro Azzuro Honda team is based in Brussels, next to, but not attached to the works Repsol Honda team."

He added, "We have a separate workshop in the same building as Repsol team, but we have no internal access to their areas. We have to go through external doors. But I like that, I like the fact that the team has independent sponsorship and independent people. We have coordination and management from the Italians - which is good, they seem to be good people."
