Norseman's RPG site.
Here's a page with entries from the Gamer's Handbook of the Marvel Universe (used by the old system for the Marvel Super Heroes RPG). There are a variety of characters up, with biographies and pictures, but of particular interest here are the entries for Stonewall and Super Sabre (both with original and lovely art!). Just keep in mind that most of the info is RPG only, and not canon.

The Brotherhood Club.
This community at DeviantART is dedicated to the X-Men: Evolution Brotherhood, and has lots of fun fan art, specializing in fan-made comic strips.
X-Men Institute RPG.
A play-by-email RPG set in the X-Men universe, using canon and original characters. New players always welcome!

A so-far smallish site, with some info on Spiral.
The Mystique Files.
Mystique site. Has pictures, info, games, fan art, fanfic, and pretty much anything else you can think of. Submissions to the site are always welcomed.
The site is currently inactive, though its content seems to be available for now.
Phantazia Central.
A site devoted to Phantazia, the often-forgotten female member of Toad's Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. It has plenty of pictures and information about her (and a few of her teammates), an appearances list, and other sundries.
Brotherly Love (X-Men: Evolution Brotherhood site).
This fun site is dedicated to the Brotherhood members from the X-Men: Evolution show, and has episode info, characters, fanfic, and fan art. Plus, there's some comics-Brotherhood stuff too (the issue reviews are hilarious).
