Characters Cut From the NLC

C.B.: The Red Caboose-decieves Dinah-hangs out/allies himself with Greaseball-due to plot edits, some of his actions don't take place any more, but are otherwise covered by Greaseball or Electra.
Belle: Poppa's friend-sleeping car-helps Poppa encourage Rusty-races with Rusty in the final.

Breakdown

Engines-Rusty, Electra, Poppa, Greaseball
National Engines-The Prince of Wales, Nintendo, Bob, Ruhrgold, Turnov (and most of them are known by different names in the OLC)
Carriages-Dinah, Ashley, Pearl, Buffy (and sometimes Belle)
Trucks-Rocky I, Rocky II, Rocky III, Dustin, Flat-Top
Electra's Components-Wrench, Purse, Joule, Volta, Krupp
Greaseball's Gang-The majority of the trucks...all of them, basically, save Dustin (and sometimes C.B.)

In My Opinion

Rusty-He's the hero! What can I say?
Electra-Kinda evil, but always cool.
Greaseball-Kinda evil, but always cool.
Poppa-I love him! I want one!
National Engines-Each uniquely funky!
Dinah-I pity her, annoying as she can get.
Ashley-Almost comical, she needs more in the NLC.
Pearl-*I* think she should be played as more naive in her "love-scandals"; otherwise, she just seems plain ol' b!tchy.
Buffy-Cute! She needs more in the NLC.
(Belle-I want one! SO KEWL!)
The Rockies-Cool! SUPERTWINS!
Components-They remind me of mobsters--"WE ask the questions!"
(C.B.-I WANT HIM BACK IN THE SHOW! I LOVE him! Despite his evil-ness, I've found that I'm attached to him so very much.)
