Interpreters

In their PARSER and POINT 'n CLICK games, Sierra used two types of interfaces, 3 versions.
In games like KQ1-3, SQ1-2, PQ1, LSL1, and more they've used AGI: Adventure Game Interpreter.
In games like KQ4, SQ3, PQ2, LSL2-3, QFG1-2 and more they've used SCI0: Sierra Code Interpreter.
In games like KQ5-6, SQ4-5, PQ3-4, LSL5-6, QFG3-4 and more they've used SCI1, a newer version of SCI0.

For these interpreters are editors and viewers available. My favourites are
AGISTUDIO, an editor for AGI games. You can make your own KQ3-style games with it!
PICEDIT, an editor for AGI backgrounds. You can draw those backgrounds with it.
