Okay...lots of updates people. I've added a lot of new pictures this week. I will list them at the bottom of this update.
**We've won several awards. I've put them on a seperate page. Check it out!
**This is kind of cool. We've had a ROC sighting on the Threadgills website cam. It looks like she was having dinner with her parents and her husband Steve. I think it's her. It definitely looks like her and Steve. What do you think?
**The Hallmark Channel will be showing ROC's movie "Follow The River" on Monday August 27th at 8:00 central. It's a nice Renee role. Check it out if you can.
**We've found out some info about Lucy's role on The X-Files. Lucy is reported to play the "underwater" character in XF. So, she is supposed to have escaped a "center" and be half human/half alien. Her hair is straighter and thinner than it was on XWP. I've read several things but I'm not sure what is exactly true. The character has been called a "mermaid" on several X-Files boards. I know I can't wait until the season opener. One thing I did read and this is from Chris Carter, creator of XF, Lucy's role may be extended to eight episodes. WooHoo! That would be cool.
**Witchblade's first season is officially over and boy was it amazing! If you didn't catch the final episode or missed any of the ones at all during the season...TNT will be showing them all back to back this Sunday. From 10am to 10pm EST. August 26th. Record, record, record. I can't stress how important this is for you to do. The final episode was amazing. Please check Yancy Butler's page to see my take on final and my take on the Xena/Witchblade parallels. :) Should make for an interesting conspiracy theory discussion. You've really got to read this. It's a hoot!

Hello there everyone.
I wanted to take an opportunity to thank you all for the support you have shown to us on "Xena". What a great contribution to charities and "voice for good" over the years. I think that is still what continues to amaze me most about the effect the show has had around the world, and it was because of all of you. I'm happily waiting for our first baby. Feeling better than ever. Maybe just a bit grumpy at times for lack of sleep, but that is the miracle of birth, I suppose. Anyway, I'm sure you haven't seen the last of me, and until then thanks again for helping to make "Xena" one of the most unforgettable shows on television.

Now that Xena is gone what are we to do? Well, carry on, I say. It may not be as easy as it sounds but...it is just a TV show. There are some great prospects out there on the horizon. It's time to see if they will hold up. Witchblade looks especially promising. I've been enjoying that so far. Yancy Butler is gorgeous and a great action actress. I am now working on page in her honor to add here to the site. Another interesting prospect is a new venture by Claudia Christian and Alexandra Tydings. Check out this site...
It looks like an incredibly cool idea. And both of these women are amazing fun. I can only imagine what they will bring to a new show.
*No updates on what Renee has planned for the future career wise yet. She and husband, Steve Muir, have enough on their hands preparing for the arrival of their first child in September. Good luck Renee and Steve!! We will keep you up to date on any new developments.
*News from the Xenaverse on the continuing careers of our favorite stars. Lucy Lawless will join the cast of The X-Files for Season 9 of the popular series. She signed for a multi-episode deal but only has two in the can at the present. She will be appearing on the first two episodes of the season premeiring November 4th, 2001. Set your dials. This looks to be an interesting turn for both the Files and Ms. Lawless.
* And don't forget Lucy's cameo as a punk rocker in next year's Sam Raimi directed "Spiderman".
* Claire Stansfield has directed Claudia Christian's new music video for her song "Taboo". The video stars Claudia and Alexandra Tydings. I have the cd and let me tell you...this song is as sultry as it gets. If you get the video please turn on your air conditioner full blast and keep some smelling salts nearby. It's sure to be a hot one. You can see a viewing of the video August 31, 2001 at the AXE DragonCon Party in Atlanta. Check here for details...
