to find anyone who doesn't have T.V.
This is deliberate government policy as it's the easiest way to get it's message across.
Since the introduction of T.V. on a mass scale the burgeoning birthrate has dropped noticeably.
Whether this is because people are spending more time watching T.V. rather than
screwing, or that the government birth control message is getting across, is debatable!
