The houseboats have large cages underneath in which they breed fish.
Fish farming makes good sense, but the main reason they do it is because
most of the rivers have been fished out anyway!
With the population of Viet Nam I guess it's not surprising.
Now if the rest of the world could adopt fish farming . . . .
