The 'Crazy House' guest house in Dalat.
Built by a woman who's husband is a high government official,
otherwise she would never be allowed to build it !
When I first went here in '97 the guest house was surrounded by vacant lots.
This photo was taken in '98 and now there is a bank next door!
Viet Nam is a country under construction!
