Overview
The Greenfield Center is launching a promotional campaign for a new book, :The Sales Slump Doctor Is In! The First-Ever Scientifically Tested Method for Ending Sales Slumps. It is the goals of this internship to develop a web marketing strategy that complements and amplifies the merchandizing strategies of the publisher Lexington Press.

The Student consultant agrees to perform the following services for Client including but not limited to: consulting, strategic planning, information gathering, working on project description for a site design contract between Client and Contractor, site mapping, and discussions of further project development.

Title: Employee to Business Key Success Measurements
Overview: Bank of America has entered into a strategic alliance with Broadvision and 17 other major companies to build an employee to business web portal. This portal will link all of the employees of these companies to shared services and content provided by participants of this joint venture. It is expected that the trail portal will be live in June 2000 and will have over 1 million employees using this service by the end of 2001. The web portal not only gives employees access to a company's intranet but also to individual and team tasks. Employee will also be able to access anything on the Internet through this web portal.
Goals for Internship: My internship role in the “Success Measures” initiative project is to gain an understanding of Bank of America's vision and strategy for the e2b Portal. (employee to business) The desired outcome for Bank of America's e2b Portal is to transform how associates perform their work as well as their relationship with Bank of America. My responsibility as an independent 3rd party is to identify tactical goals and measurements that insure that Bank of America is meeting its overall corporate goals for this project.
Objectives:
1. Define and validate Bank of America's “Employee-to-Business Web Portal Goals.
2. Review comparable sites and projects.
3. Research case studies and press release for similar initiatives
4. Identify and confirm “Critical Success Factors” for the e2b “Success Measures Project”
5. Identify and define metrics and feedback loops
6. Develop a post implementation assessment plan
7. Develop a post implementation employee survey
8. Publish final report
