ALLTEL Inc. - Senior Consultant
1. Project Manager for the design and implementation Intra/Internet Resource Management Programs including:

2. Developed the business case and external design for a B2B Internet vertical hub supplying an aggregation of services to mortgage servicers and content providers in the mortgage industry.
3. Provided Business Analyst support for the Sales & Product Planning departments, developing new product business plans, and financial forecasts.
Barnett Banks, Inc.-Senior Vice President
1. Managed a 2.2 million dollar project to install a 7-node wide area network, which linked special assets departments in Florida and Georgia to the legacy system in Jacksonville, FL. and to third party service providers such as title agencies, attorneys, and appraisers.
2. Project Manager for consolidation of the loan operations of Barnett Bank of Atlanta, Southwest FL and Pasco Co.
3. Responsible for the strategic planning process, budgeting process and the management of the operations division.
4. Project Manager for the implementation of the first call center in the Barnett Banks of Florida.
5. Initiated and managed the development and installation the first PC based front-end processors in the Barnett System, automating the New Accounts and Loan Origination's functions in the branch banks.
