WOMAN
IN MOTION: Life's oh-so complicated for "Beverly Hills,
90210" alumna Jennie Garth. She's three episodes into
shooting her new WB comedy series "What
I Like About You" -- where they're hiding the fact
that she and her actor/husband Peter Facinelli are expecting their
second child in December. And she's being "the supportive
little wifey" as Peter's working 14-hour days on his new
series, Fox's "Fastlane."
Jennie and Peter "catch up at 3 in the morning. We don't see
that much of him anymore," she says, speaking of herself and
5-year-old daughter Luca Bella. "But at least we don't have
to be dreading news about where he might have to head off to the
next movie location."
As for her sitcom, Jennie's doing scenes hiding her midsection,
"reading a lot of magazines and carrying a lot of big purses.
It's just been in the past week or so that I've really started to
feel pregnant -- where it's affecting my energy and breathing. I
would not have chosen to have things happen in this manner, but
it's all good," she says. "Luckily, we have great people
to help us. My mom lives close by, and she comes down on Fridays
to be with Luca when I have to work late. And my husband and I are
a very cohesive unit. This is especially challenging for him. He
comes home from a long day, and I'm there waiting to talk to him
about things like a broken kitchen sink."
Thus, you cannot say they're dealing with everything but the
kitchen sink.
