New Zealand Chinese fugitive Nai Yin Xue can
not get a fair trial, after the sort of media coverage which
his case has received. In fact, any man in New Zealand who has ever
suffered any detriment because of domestic violence accusations in the
Family Court or in criminal proceedings should seek legal advice about
suing the Government, the universities and the state media for "Baigent
Damages".
This is because those parties' approach to domestic violence has consistently
been insanely sexist and discriminatory. This applies to all recent
New Zealand governments -- not just to the current one. This kind of
insane sexism is inevitable, once women are let out of the kitchen and
their emotionalism
and man-hatred (misandry) takes over the whole of society, because of
the gutlessness of men, who are scared to oppose them.
The TV Wom 6 o'clock News on 21 September 2007 had arch-manhater Wendy
Petrie talking about a "fight" which had taken place, after
which Nai Yin Xue had been arrested, and which was probably the cause
of the protection order that he was placed under. Excuse
me, but a fight implies that two people
were committing violence -- not just one. So why did only one person
get arrested, and why was only one person subjected to a protection
order? The answer is probably sexism and man-hatred (misandry), but
we will never know, perhaps.
If a woman assaults a man in man-hating New Zealand, the man just has
to put up with it or leave, unless he gets such severe wounds that the
police can't ignore them. A woman, on the other hand, just has to fear
violence to get a protection order considered (section 14(5) of the
Domestic Violence Act 1995).
IT IS HIGH TIME THAT MEN GOT OFF THEIR ASSES
AND DID SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!
THE CYCLE OF VIOLENCE GOES LIKE THIS:
