GOKU Son Goku is the main hero of the entire Dragonball story. He was discovered by an old man name Son Gohan (also the name of Goku's 1st son) and adopted as a grandson. However, Son Goku was quite unruly, and never listened to a word Gohan said. One day, he fell into a ravine and hit his head, and from there on, he was a kind, loving child. Son Goku began his journey when he was a small boy who happened upon a teenage girl named Bulma (She just happened to hit him with her car!!). From there on, his adventures brought him many new discoveries, and many ferocious battles. The Dragonball series ended after Goku defeated Piccolo Daimo. In Dragonball Z, Goku discovers that he is really a Saiyajin, an alien species known for their deeds of evil. This marks the beginning of the Saiyajin Saga, as Goku must face his own brother Raditz who has come to earth to check on Goku's progress. Raditz explains to Goku that he was sent to Earth as an infant with the mission of exterminating all life, thus preparing the planet for sale with Freeza. Because Goku hit his head when he was small, he lost the Saiyajin "programming," making him a peace loving person. From here, Goku battles Raditz, Nappa, Vegeta, Freeza and the Ginyu, the androids, Cell, and lastly Boo. Son Goku is the first person to turn Super Saiyajin level 1,3,and 4, while he also knows of the Fusion Dance, the famed Kamehameha, Kaioken, Genki Dama (Spirit Bomb), and a teleportation technique called Shunkanidou, along with other numerous abilities.  GOHAN Son Gohan is the oldest son of Son Goku, born after Goku defeated Piccolo Daimo. Gohan started training at a very early age, and reached a very high power level for his years. After the arrival of Vegeta and Nappa, Gohan became a very crucial part of the Z Fighters, as he himself traveled to the planet Namek to do find Dragon Balls, as well as fight the mighty Freeza himself. Son Gohan reached Super Saiyajin level in the Cell Saga. Infuriated by Cell, Gohan was finally able to reach Super Saiyajin level 2, thus allowing him to defeat Cell for good. During the Buu Saga, Gohan began attendance at the Orange Star High School, where he met Videl, the daughter of Mr. Sataan. He himself trained the girl to fly and fight, though she never managed to manipulate ki into actually projectiles. After the whole incident against Dabura, he trained under the god, Kaiohshin, using the Zet Sword. After breaking the sword, Gohan unleashes an old Kaiohshin- Rou Kaioshin. This guy's just another perverted old man (like Muten Roshi) but because he's fused with a witch, he can help Gohan; through his magic, Rou Kaiohsin upgraded Son Gohan's ki, and allowed him to control power that he wouldn't normally be able to access. This then gave him greater power than if he were to reach Super Saiyajin level. Gohan trained his brother Goten, as well as training Trunks in a different timeline. In Mirai no Trunks' time, Son Gohan was the last Z Fighter remaining after the Androids decimated the world. Son Gohan always had a power that remained deep within him until he became absolutely enraged.  VEGITA Vegita is a saiya-jin who came from the planet Vejitta. Freiza destroyed the planet vejitta and all of its people, and the only people who weren't on the planet was: Vegita (who was in Freiza's ship), and a couple more that were unknown. Gokuu was origanaly sent to destroy all life on planet earth, so that he could that he could restart with the race of the siaya-jins, but Gokuu bumped his head and forgot everything when he was real young. When Freiza and his henchman relized that it was too long to not have Gokuu back, so they sent Raditz. Raditz was then defeated by Goku and Piccilo. When he was almost defeated he turned his scouter on so that they could hear what was happening so they sent Vegita and Nappa to see what happened to Raditz. And that is how he is brought up into the story.
