A large picture is the only way to do this coral justice. A relative of the star polyps, this coral will rapidly encrust almost any surface, including glass, and plastic. I have seen these create an interesting background as they encrust the glass. The colony above is on a rock about 10" long by 7" wide. It encrusted this entire rock in about 6 months. This stuff will grow fast. Needs moderate to high light and loves a ton of water flow. We get it to grow faster when we have it in direct flow.
