Microsoft Money is an amazing software. When used with Pocket PC after installing Microsoft Money for Pocket PC it is even better to help you keep track of your expenses. But this is also known to give synchronization errors sometimes.

Here are a few standard troubleshooting steps you can try to overcome the problem:
Soft Reset the Pocket PC.
Use Repair feature in Money to eliminate any possible Money data file corruption. Refer Microsoft Knowledge Base article - 182608.
Delete and then re-create the ActiveSync partnership.
To delete a partnership ---
1. Disconnect the Pocket PC from the computer.
2. In ActiveSync -> File -> Delete Partnership.
3. Connect the device and follow the onscreen instructions to setup a new
partnership.
Uninstall and then reinstall Microsoft Money for Pocket PC.

If none of the solutions work, try the relatively lengthy solution-
First step is to backup your Desktop money file.
Create a new money file on the Desktop and try to synchronize with Money for Pocket PC.
If it synchronizes correctly, then import your backed up desktop Money file and try to synchronize once again. You will need to import every account individually.
