Listed below are a few third party vendors that offer battery for different models of PDA. Although its preferable to obtain it from the PDA manufacturer itself but then there are models whose batteries are no longer offered by the manufacturer themselves. If you are lucky, you will find them listed in one of the sites below:

Although the Jornada 520 & 540 series had an internal battery, its pretty easy to replace it rather then spend as much as a new PDA to get it replaced by HP. Check the following site for graphical instructions:
