The Trail parallels VT l05 for much of this section. Travelers heading north have a spectacular view of Jay Peak, an iron bridge, and adjacent farmland. Northbound users can also see the foundation of a power station dam in the Missisquoi River near Samsonville.
Use caution when crossing VT 105.
The Dairy Center has a restaurant and public telephone.
