1. David Stone (R. Larose)

The Council will sign-off on D. Stone's eagle scout project. David made a number of songbird houses and installed them along the Trail in the Sheldon area this past spring.

2. Meeting Minutes (R. Larose)

Discussion and vote on approval of minutes from August 14, 2002 meeting (enclosed).

3. Wayside Signs (C. Scott)

C. Scott will present information and solicit comments on a grant application to design and produce maps for 5 information kiosks located in MVRT parking areas.

4. Sheldon Bridge Opening (C. Scott)

C. Scott will outline plans for the Sheldon Junction Bridge grand opening ceremony. The event will take place on Thursday October24 at 2:30 pm.

5. Newbury Family Presentation (C. Scott)

Discussion and decision on the possibility of the Council and the Wellness Center co-hosting a public presentation by the Newbury family on their cross-country bicycling adventure.
