S. Smolinsky will present an update on the Rail Trail extension through Richford to the Quebec border.

3. Rail Trail Update, Raymond Larose

R. Larose will present highlights of the Council's activities in 1999 and plans for 2000.

4. National Trails Day, Cynthia Scott

Update on activities to be undertaken in acknowledgement of National Trails Day. This is an opportunity to promote the Rail Trail, thank our Friends, and fundraise.

5. Enosburg History Alive, Cynthia Scott

An opportunity to participate in a village-wide event on October 7.

6. Transportation Enhancement Grant, Cynthia Scott

An opportunity to apply for funding - proposal due early September.
