DEPARTMENT OF RESOURCES AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT -
Authorized Division of Parks and Recreation to convey sections of former B
& M Railroad corridor located southwesterly of I-93 in Windham to the
Town of Windham for public use as recreational trails and access to Town
owned recreation and conservation property, subject to a reversionary right
to the State of New Hampshire should the land be required for any State
government purposes.
