Simple trail access is available at the following locations:

Parking Ample parking is presumably available on the presumed site of the Groton Depot between Broad Meadow Road and Station Avenue.

The library is about a quarter-mile east of the  on Broad Meadow Road crossing then south on Playground Road. A playground and associated chemical toilet are located a short distance south of the library.

Heavy rush hour traffic in Groton during the Webmaster's field check precluded any further search for trail facilities near Station Street and Broad Meadow Road trail exits. No facilities were observable near any other trail exit!

Adventure Cycling Assn. Bicycle Touring Route ME-VA Section 1 Map 11 leaves Groton northeast via Hollis St & Old Chicopee Road from the intersection of Route 110-111 near the site of Groton Station. This route also parallels the Rail-trail south to Ayer on Route 110-111, Old Ayer Rd, and Washington St.
