Ray Merritt Operates from Baker City, Oregon DN14cs
AO-27 contact on December 3, 1997. Cushcraft A-148-10S 2 Meter at about 5 degree elevation, A-719B 70cm at about 20 degree elevation. A Radio Shack rotor up 20' points the way West to Hawaii.
A Kenwood 251a 2m fm transceiver with extended receiving was used for the contact.
