I never thought I'd say this, but here goes. I'm sick and tired of uselessly trying to boost traffic to this website. And I'm not too impressed with its content, either. My traffic has dropped to an embarassingly low 10 hits per day. I'm just tired of this website. This is the REAL reason I haven't been updating much. Because of my contempt for this website, I'm currently developing a different website. It will still be anime-based but will feature layout and content much more refined than what you see here. So if you don't see much updating...well, now you know. |

A5K turned 3 years old today, but I can't help but feel like I haven't accomplished very much. For the past 4 months, this site has been nearly dead, with my intense AP schedule loading me down with heaps of work and keeping me from working on my webpage. I just feel that this AP workload will be the death of my site. If not this year, then the next, where I'll have to deal with a full college-level schedule in my senior year while mailing dozens of college applications, forms, scholarships, teacher recommendations, and perhaps an internship. What's more, I'm losing incentive to work on the site. Over the 4 months that this site remained un-updated, my popularity has dwindled down to 20 hits/day. My attempts to advertise this site have been feeble and/or deceitful at best. And what's the point of writing for a theater if your audience is a near-empty crowd? I hope things perk up during winter break. Otherwise, I may as well give up... |

It's quite amazing that people still visit this ghost town of a website. Sorry, really. I've been trying to update, but my AP classes have bogged me down with countless amounts of work. 3 new Evangelion bios are up in the animé section. Well, I'd better finish this AP Chemistry lab writeup before my extended weekend becomes a study session. |

These NGE bios have turned out to be a lot harder to make than I previously imagined. In the meantime, I've been writing more reviews to keep this site up. The bulk will be up when I can; I don't want to make any more promises I can't keep. New anime reviews: my review of Angelic Layer. |

People seem to have trouble accessing the episodes, and I've had a hard time accessing KTurn to fix that problem, so episodes are down until further notice. On the bright site, a friend of mine, Black Lotus Power, has agreed to write reviews for my site. I have just constructed an anime reviews section on A5K for that reason. While I, Psycho Kain, will be reviewing mostly anime series, Black Lotus Power will be reviewing mostly anime movies. So far, only one review is up: Black Lotus Power's review of Spriggan. |

*ahem* Now that I've caught your attention, I'd like to give out the top ten reasons I have not updated my site lately: 01) Damn AP project for last few weeks kept me busy. 02) I've let some of my grades slip and have been working hard to get them back up. 03) A friend of mine promised to send me reviews for a new section of my site a week ago but hasn't sent them yet. 04) My computer's been acting very weird. 05) My life has been consumed by various other animes. 06) Finals coming up next week. 07) Trying to work out an internship with a game designing company. 08) Co-working on a gaming research room with another guy. 09) Trying to get the f***in' Ragnarok client to start working. 10) Laxius Power. After my AP exams, I returned to the world of animé with great relief. Then it hit me: an all-animé life has more value than a school life. So, in an attempt to prove that I have absolutely no life whatsoever, I will justify this statement: Animé life beats school life. Look in the "Anime Rants" section in the anime part of my site to read it. |

| My computer's been on the fritz lately. Just fixed it yesterday. Also, I've got many tests to take at school as well and a term paper to finish up, so there's a good chance that I won't be updating A5K for the next 2-3 weeks. I'll try to get a few updates in if I get the time. |
